Pick up your scanner at the Exhibitor registration area one day prior to show opening between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Return your scanner on the last day of the show at 3:00pm.

Leads files will be emailed to your email address entered on the next page in Excel format
 

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Please forward payment in full with your order (all payment are thru paypal).
2. Orders must be received by no later than two (2) weeks prior to show dates
3. Written cancellation of equipment ordered must be received one (1) week prior to delivery date to avoid an additional charge (cancellation can be sent to (Jcukier@soacsystems.com).
4. The equipment is your responsibility DO NOT leave equipment unattended in the exhibit booth .

GUARANTEES & RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATION: Regtek is not responsible for hardware issue and will charge the customer if it responds to problems caused by the customer’s related issue. Regtek cannot be held liable for any malfunction of scanner or data corruption. Regtek will refund rental fee for any scanner that malfunctions due to failure of hardware. There will be no other recourse. We make no other warrants, promises or claims. Regtek will be held harmless for any destructive use of scanner, scanning of non-buyer badges or any other non-certified barcodes. Customer understands that they are responsible for the safety of the scanner and if scanner is destroyed, stolen, or broken there will be a charge of $500.00 to their credit card for the loss of the scanner.
